Terms and Conditions – jlj5 Online Gaming Platform

1Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access and use of the jlj5 online gaming platform, available at jlj5.vu ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated for players based in the Philippines.

11Account Closure and Termination

You may close your jlj5 account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you after completion of any applicable withdrawal verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigations are pending.

jlj5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• Your account is found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
